purchase, the order number, and the date of purchase. Although not required, we would appreciate if

and then proceed with the refund process. Please note that the refund may not be processed to the
same payment method that you used at the time of purchase. The entire process may take up to 20
working days depending on the processing time taken by your bank or payment gateway. You will be
